The UniBase ECP project aim will be achieved by meeting the following set of project objectives:

<li>Work with project stakeholders to identify an initial set of data entities that could underpin a range of future <em>Apps for Academia</em> ECP projects</li>

<li>Drawing on expertise and realistic datasets from academic stakeholders, generate representative volumes of dummy data for key data entities</li>

<li>Develop and deploy a publically accessible restful API whose endpoints deliver the above data in a JSON-encode form</li>

<li>Design a request process to allow stakeholders to commision extensions to the UniBase backend whether new tables, new endpoints or filters and ordering mechanisms for existing endpoints</li>
